7 Rose Road Refurbishment

 Heywood Property approached Tailor Inc to assist with the reimagining of a tired low rise commercial building one block from Ponsonby Road in Auckland. The brief was to encompass a budget-appropriate response to create multiple co-working spaces within the existing building fabric.

 The response included a new entry off Pollen Street, perforated panels to the exterior , innovative communal facilities including social kitchen, glasshouse meeting room, accessibility upgrade and end of trip basement provisions. Various-sized new tenancies were created with new lighting, comfort air and upgraded acoustics provided.

 Close collaboration on this project was essential with partners  - Vivian Construction, BBA acoustics, Holmes NZ, Arclab, Bentley & Co, LWT Structural, & Tilley’s all performing essential roles.
