Discovered Café

Tailor Inc. is proud to deliver its fourth project for SSP at Christchurch International Airport—Discovered Cafe. Designed to reflect the essence of Christchurch, the space features carefully curated landscape imagery and a colour palette inspired by the Garden City.

Bringing this vision to life required significant upgrades to the base build services to support full kitchen operations. Extensive engineering efforts led to electrical, mechanical, and gas enhancements, extending beyond the tenancy boundary and drawing from the airport’s wider support network.

The end result is a testament to McKay Lang’s exceptional craftsmanship, creating a warm and welcoming experience for travellers first arriving in New Zealand through the gate way of Christchurch.
