Unlocking opportunities for Z Energy.
Tailor Inc. provided a new ‘retail refresh’ concept for Z Energy network in response to a conceptual pitch RFP.
In consultation with Z Energy suppliers and consultants, we were the coordinating designer, developing the design to deliver an improved customer experience and sales increase.
One of the challenges was to shift the customer perception and experience from that of a petrol service station toward a genuine roadside food retail experience that “keeps people moving”.
This involved enhancing the Z Espress café design whilst maintaining successful integration with the existing fuel services and operations functions/
The creation of a strong Kiwi identity with bold simple messaging, intuitive, efficient retail planning, authentic and relatable materials has delivered a refreshingly local offering that converts more retail sales.
