Tailor Inc. was invited by Todd Property Group to provide Project Management services and fulfill the role of client representative.

The role is seconded, whereby the Tailor Inc. Project Manager operates from within Todd Property Group themselves and began in early 2020 during COVID.
The role required oversight of all aspects of the construction of the OTC asset on the latter part of the project due to TPG restructuring.
Largely site-based, our services include:
Chairing or participating in all design, construction and project control group meetings.
Overseeing all aspects of stand-alone design and construction scopes of work not covered by the construction contract e.g. Carpark Management System, Electric Vehicle Charging and Signage components.
Management of the interface between Civils works and the construction works.
Management of third-parties e.g. Watercare, Vector, Auckland Transport which include:
Overseeing Electrical connections, ICP’s, transformers, embedded network, water meters, data connections Secondary design and fit-out of Centre Management infrastructure.
Overseeing the design and managing the fit-out of the Centre Management Office.
Overseeing the design and managing the fit-out of the Childcare Centre.
Coordination of the Facilities Management function and establishment of cleaning, security and other sub-contract arrangements.
