A Grand Project - NorthWest

Tailor Inc. led all aspects of the tenancy delivery throughout the NorthWest Shopping Centre and Town Square development projects from 2014-2017.

Within the ambitious greenfield development, we put the retailer’s requirements front and centre of the project from the outset and for the duration. We managed each Tenant (130 in total) through a highly specific design and fit-out coordination process to deliver every tenancy, trading for the grand opening.

Tailor Inc’s contribution involved inputs on several levels including a significant rework of services requirements for retail, programming and placemaking, a strong interface with leasing and the base build teams, and an especially close-knit relationship with the client team where we helped plan and implement success with our specialist retail knowledge.

In October 2015, we opened all 101 tenancies in the NorthWest shopping centre and 18 months later we delivered a further 30 food and beverage, office, and retail tenancies to complete the NorthWest Town Square.
