Manawa Bay Premium Outlet
Engaged by Auckland Airport, the owners of Mānawa Bay, Tailor Inc played a pivotal role in the development of Auckland’s Mānawa Bay 115 tenancy premium outlet centre which opened on September 19th 2024 .
Our role encompassed both Tenancy design quality control and overseeing the timely delivery of the tenancies. The former necessitated establishing tenancy design guidelines and ensuring Tenants and their designers delivered on the high standards of retail design expected at this premium outlet centre. The delivery component of the role was to create and administer a detailed but user-friendly framework with which we were to curate the tenants’ journey from ATL to trading. Our extensive experience in large-scale retail projects ensured that all work streams, provisions, and programs were meticulously aligned to meet the needs of the landlord, retailers and their customers.
Tailor Inc’s commitment to mirroring the client’s vision was evident in our approach to delivering an exciting, rewarding, and seamless shopping experience that reflects a uniquely New Zealand character. Our role concluded upon the completion of the final store, typically just before the official opening of the shopping centre. Throughout the project, we served as advocates for the tenants, interfacing with all disciplines to ensure a successful outcome. 
We have been engaged to continue our role until all tenancies have been leased.
