Inspiring New Zealanders with the best-in-class Outlet Shopping Centre experience has set the benchmark for Tailor Inc’s role in delivering over 100 new stores in 2024. 

With a renowned reputation in tenancy delivery on large-scale retail projects, Tailor Inc has been engaged by their clients Auckland Airport, to dig deep within its 35+ years of experience and set the pathway to deliver the extraordinary. 

Martin Skinner, Managing Director of Tailor Inc, and Mike Chapman, Director of Delivery, will lead this prestigious project, advising the project team around planning and tenancy design requirements, whilst embedding the detailed framework for delivery as the leasing progresses in the background.
