Mixture of Japanese and modern elements

For the Katsubi Browns Bay project, the design takes inspiration from Japanese traditional and modern elements.

Being located on the high street in Browns Bay, the design for this flagship store takes advantage of the outdoor space to create a relaxing café-style environment.

We worked closely with Katsubi on a look and feel that would act as the showcase for future high street style restaurants and for franchise packages, as the brand grows across New Zealand.

Benefits for the Client:

• A new flagship store concept that can be rolled out to other Katsubi high street branches.

• The existing relationship allows for a greater understanding of the business and design requirements.
