Innovative and iconic, Alyeska

Located on Tawa Street in Mt Maunganui Alyeska is a mixed-use neighbourhood building comprising retail, offices, a gymnasium and a warehouse. Designed economically the project was still able to achieve a unique architectural presence with a modern, scale-appropriate form and an innovative, iconic screen feature designed by First Principles Architects.
