Blair is a founding member of Tailor Inc and our Director of Strategy. Having a lifelong obsession with property he has developed a passion with large complex projects, in which he offers advisory from development feasibility, planning, design, and execution. He has successfully project managed brand rollouts across the USA, master-planned town centres, and developed and delivered buildings from industrial, to sports and leisure complexes, including a large multifaceted aquaculture and tourism development in Southland.

Blairs enthusiasm and deep knowledge of the property industry is evident when you talk to him. A leader and pioneer, his understanding and encouragement to solve project challenges with creative solutions was a driving force behind the formation of Tailor in 2014.
