The distinctive new 170m2 office space is in the heart of Auckland's CBD. Tailor Inc. used a neutral colour palette to accommodate the branding colours of potential lessees.

The staff kitchen area has become the main feature of the office boasting a striking black and white veined quartz top.

Operationally, the space houses 1 large boardroom, 1 meeting room, and an attractive main hub as well as toilet and shower facilities. We spent time with our client to gain a good understanding of the intended purpose for the space, permitting us to deliver a project that both our client and the design team are proud of.

Project completed March 2021.
